Teyvat Sky is a Genshin Impact constellation-themed charity artbook. It features the playable characters of Genshin as well as their corresponding constellations. The artbook is gen, SFW, and canon-compliant. It does not feature excessive gore, however minor blood or injuries may be depicted.

All proceeds will be donated to Direct Relief, a nonprofit international humanitarian organization that helps in areas such as COVID-19 relief, disaster relief, and improving health equity. For more information on this organization, please visit their website at: https://www.directrelief.org/

1. Who are the contributors for Teyvat Sky?

You can find our contributors listed on either our Twitter or our Instagram.

2. Where is Teyvat Sky shipping from?

We will be shipping from California, USA. All prices listed on this site are in USD.

3. When will items be shipped? When will the PDF orders of the artbook be sent out?

Shipment should begin in January 2023. PDFs will be sent via email to customers once aftersales have ended.

4. What does "B-grade" mean?

"B-grade" indicates items that may have slight cosmetic damage such as tears, scuffs, or small chips. These items are non-refundable unless missing or lost.

5. Are sales available internationally?

Yes. We can ship to any location that is excluded from this list. All orders will be shipped through USPS. Tracking and insurance are included for all orders. However, PDFs can be purchased by anyone regardless of whether their country is listed on this site or not.

6. How much will shipping cost? May I join/host a group order?

Shipping costs may vary based on the weight of your order. You may receive an exact quote by adding your desired items to your cart and inputting your shipping information at checkout without submitting your order.

Yes, group orders are allowed. The Teyvat Sky team is not responsible for any issues that may occur due to the group order host's errors - please join at your own risk.

7. What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged? What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Incorrect Order: Please contact us via email at [email protected] and attach images of all items you received. We will either 1) give you a replacement or 2) a partial/full refund depending on the circumstances as well as whether we have extra stock. Your order is subject to inspection.
  • Damaged Order: Please contact us via email with images of the damaged item(s), the outer packaging with the shipping label, and the inner packaging with all packaging materials. We will either 1) give you a replacement or a full/partial refund or 2) file a claim with USPS depending on the circumstances as well as if we have extra stock. Your order is subject to inspection.
  • Missing/Lost Order: Please contact us via email, given 20 days for US shipments and 40 days for all other shipments. We cannot file missing/lost claims until those periods have passed. Please notify us as soon as these periods end - as soon as possible is best. After a claim has been filed, we will either 1) give you a replacement or 2) a full/partial refund depending on the circumstances as well as whether we have extra stock. Your order is subject to inspection.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

8. Who is responsible for customs fees?

The customer is responsible for handling any customs fees as we have no control over them. This includes VAT fees for UK and EU orders.

9. After shipment begins, how long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, US orders can take from 3 to 10 days, and international orders can take from 1 week to 4+ months. However, due to COVID and USPS-related delays, estimated shipping times are less reliable and shipments may be delayed, even up to half a year. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Please also note some countries are especially delayed when getting through customs - we will not know where your packages are other than what is shown on your tracking number.

10. What if my package is returned because my address was wrong/unable to accept mail?

We can reship your package if the shipping cost is repaid.
